Philadelphia Eagles are almost completely healthy

The Philadelphia Eagles are almost totally healthy for Sunday’s game.
Bye weeks exist to give teams a grace period to get their players healthy before taking the field again. While an early bye week isn’t ideal, it could certainly help the Philadelphia Eagles drastically against the Detroit Lions this Sunday.
As of now, every Eagles player was a full participant in practice aside from Bennie Logan, who left practice early with a calf spasm. He is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game, but it’s hard to believe he will be held out with such a minor injury.
Sunday will be Zach Ertz‘s first game back since suffering a displaced rib against the Cleveland Browns in Week 1. Also returning to the lineup is cornerback Leodis McKelvin, who missed the last two games with a hamstring injury.
Ryan Mathews is listed as a full participant in practice, which is a good sign. Mathews didn’t look like himself against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 3, receiving only two carries the entire game. However, the emergence of Wendell Smallwood makes any lingering issues with Mathews more than manageable.
