Pereira: Cam Newton could be fined for latest TD celebration

Cam Newton paid extra care to the football on Sunday, but it might cost him in the end.

FOX NFL rules expert Mike Pereira said that the Carolina Panthers star should have been penalized for his "rocking the ball" end zone celebration, and could still face a fine for using the ball as a prop.
