Pay dirt for Seattle's Lynch: an end zone of Skittles on 'Conan'
Among the things Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is known for: not wanting to talk to the media and having an affinity for Skittles.
On Monday night, Lynch put himself on Conan O'Brien's talk show, but it paid off with a Skittles splashdown.
The show set up an "end zone" of the candies that Lynch could do his backward dive into. And dive he did, football in hand -- joined shortly by O'Brien.
Of course, this being an end zone, it stirred the memory of the Seahawks' ill-advised pass play that cost them the Super Bowl. As Bleacher Report said: "Good thing it was Conan, and not Pete Carroll, calling the play here."
