Patriots defender celebrates Tom Brady's return with unique pregame outfit
The New England Patriots are welcoming back two key players from suspension on Sunday – one on the defensive side, and one on offense. While Rob Ninkovich is back on defense, the guy returning on the offensive side of the ball, of course, is Tom Brady.
After serving his four-game suspension stemming from Deflategate, Brady will make his first start of the season against the Cleveland Browns, and it has everyone excited. Fans aren’t the only ones pumped about Brady’s return – his teammates are too.
Defensive end Jabaal Sheard entered FirstEnergy Stadium on Sunday wearing a backwards Brady jersey, flaunting the quarterback’s name across his chest.
Brady, on the other hand, arrived wearing a tailored suit, looking as focused and ready as ever.
There’s no question he’s ready to get his 2016 campaign underway, and the Browns could pay dearly because of it. Don’t be surprised to see him come out and throw for 500 yards and six touchdowns, making a huge statement by doing so.
