Patriots and Saints to conduct joint practices in West Virginia

The New England Patriots and New Orleans Saints both announced that they will be holding joint practices in West Virginia this summer in advance of their Week 2 preseason game against the Saints.

The Patriots are no strangers to joint practices as they have scheduled joint practices for the last four seasons. Last year they visited with the Washington Redskins a year after practicing with the Philadelphia Eagles.

The joint practices will be just as interesting off the field as they will be on the practice field as both teams have been involved in league discipline. The Saints were punished for their role in Bountygate in 2012 while the Patriots have been punished this upcoming season for their role in Deflategate.
