Williams (6-0, 195 lbs.) started his college career at Toledo, then transferred to Fort Hays State in Kansas. He was productive last season, recording 53 receptions for 946 yards and seven touchdowns. He was also an All-Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association selection, according to the Packers' official website.
In Green Bay's wide receiver competition, Williams will have a tough time just getting noticed. He'll be buried beneath Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb, Davante Adams, third-round rookie Ty Montgomery and several others to start.
