According to local writers Armando Salguero and Joe Schad the Miami Dolphins will soon be releasing the two offensive linemen from the team.

Also noted is Jamil Douglas although he has already been brought on and off the team. Soon to join the being brought up and maybe down is Sam young.

Turner and Thomas have filled in on the offensive line so far this season as they have in past seasons, horrendously. It is all on record the poor grading of these two right there on profootballfocus.com.

What has been wonderment by some is why this was not hashed out last off-season. New head coach Adam Gase had installed a weight training regiment to try to rehab the poor play out of them. What that resulted in was a bigger tackling sled to push around in Dallas Thomas’ case. Billy Turner did show some run blocking ability but never had much on the pass protection side of things.

New coach Adam Gase has backed his quarterback Ryan Tannehill stating that those around him need to play better. Apparently the front office has Adam Gases’ back also in allowing him to make roster cuts. There is a chance that this could be the start of wholesale movements to try to turn over this roster into something more palatable.
