Matt Jones inactive against Packers

Matt Jones will have to wait until another day for his playoff debut.

The rookie running back has been ruled out with a hip injury for the Washington Redskins' Wild Card matchup against the Green Bay Packers.

Chris Thompson and Pierre Thomas will look to fill the void left behind by Jones' absence.

Jones has 490 yards on 144 carries and 304 yards receiving this season. The Redskins drafted Jones with the 95th overall pick in the 2015 NFL draft.

In addition to Jones, Perry Riley Jr., Frank Kearse, Arie Kouandjio, Marcel Jensen, Jeremy Harris and Robert Griffin III are also inactive.
