Matt Forte hasn't fully gotten over how his time with the Bears ended

Matt Forte spent his first eight years in the NFL with the Chicago Bears, becoming one of the best dual threats in the league. But it appears the veteran running back hasn't fully gotten over how his time in Chicago ended.

The Bears apparently went hard after Broncos running back C.J. Anderson, who eventually signed a four-year deal with the Dolphins. Chicago's pursuit of Anderson is still irking Forte, who agreed to join the Jets earlier this month.

Forte has the most all-purpose yards in the NFL since he entered the league in 2008, amassing 12,718. The 30-year-old rushed for a team-high 898 yards and added 44 catches for 398 yards last season despite missing three games with an MCL sprain.
