Marshawn Lynch's mother says it's not time for her son to retire yet
The Seattle Seahawks general manager may say that Marshawn Lynch is leaning toward retirement, but has he checked in with momma?
The running back's mother, Delisa Lynch, says that her son can't be leaving the NFL yet, TMZ Sports reports. Marshawn has to hang around until another son, Davonte, gets into the league.
Davonte Lynch, also a running back, just completed his junior season at New Mexico Highlands. He was the team's leading rusher with 735 yards in 10 games. He's definitely a little brother, though. Davonte is listed at 5-foot-6, Marshawn at 5-11, 215 pounds.
In any case, it appears Marshawn Lynch has his marching orders from his mother: Beast Mode will continue in the NFL.
