Khiry Robinson shows off rehab progress after gruesome leg fracture
New Orleans Saints running back Khiry Robinson suffered a gnarly injury last November, when a Week 8 rush attempt against the New York Giants resulted in a broken right tibia. It was an open fracture, meaning the bone broke through his skin.
On Friday, Robinson posted a video of his rehabilitation progress. In the brief video, he balances on one foot and catches a football that is thrown to him.

Before suffering his season-ending injury, Robinson had 180 rushing yards and four touchdowns in New Orleans' running back committee. He also had 17 receptions for 115 yards, as the 6-foot, 220-pound running back showcased a little more of his versatility in 2015.
Robinson, 26, is about to become a restricted free agent. He should earn a tender from the Saints, since he showed some growth over his first three seasons and is now fighting back from a devastating injury.
