Kenny Bell says Jameis Winston has helped him improve off the field

Jameis Winston has received rave reviews from pretty much everyone surrounding the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. There may be no one giving him more praise than rookie wide receiver Kenny Bell though. As Pat Yasinskas of ESPN explains, Winston simply won't leave his roommate alone when it comes to studying.

"He works too hard," Bell told ESPN. "It's quitting time and he wants to do pop quizzes about football at like 12:30 or 1 in the morning. I'm exhausted. He's dedicated."

Bell did say that Winston's dedication away from the field has been a huge help to him, even if it keeps him awake at night.

"It has been phenomenal for me as a player," Bell said. "My work ethic and my dedication away from practice and away from meetings, that's where he's improved me the most. I used to go home and I'd look at [the playbook], but I didn't really study it. [Winston] forces me to really study it because he asks me a lot of questions."

"It's been a tremendous advantage for me in terms of learning a new offense because I get to hear it as a wide receiver but also from a quarterback. I get to hear what he's thinking."

Hearing things like this about Winston are what truly makes you believe that he's bound for success in the NFL. Only time will tell obviously, but the man is a book worm.
