Julio Jones highlights vs. Panthers (Video)
After one catch vs. the New Orleans Saints, Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones had a great day vs. the Carolina Panthers. Here are his highlights.
The Atlanta Falcons’ best player is the Pro Bowl wide receiver Julio Jones. He is the only player on the Falcons that is undisputedly top-three at his respective position in the NFL. Along with Pittsburgh Steelers wideout Antonio Brown, Jones is the best wide receiver in football.
After being held to only one catch versus the arch rival New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football in Week 3, Jones went off against the Carolina Panthers. In the first half versus the Panthers, Jones had seven catches for 170 yards. His longest came on a 53-yard bomb from quarterback Matt Ryan in the second quarter.
Jones is adept at all things that are required at being an elite NFL receiver. He is physical enough to be an elite possession receiver. Jones is willing to help out in the running game as a strong blocking wideout. Most importantly, he has the speed and the leaping to go up and get it on deep vertical routes.
Jones is Ryan’s favorite target in the Atlanta receiving corps. Ryan is having another one of his fast starts to an NFL season in 2016, but it is Jones who garners the Falcons highlights. Here are a look at some of the best plays he made on Sunday versus the Panthers.

In case you were wondering Julio Jones has more hops than Luke Kuechly. https://t.co/wNE5lIa69I

Through the first three weeks, the Falcons were the only offense in the NFL to have scored more than 100 points. Atlanta has best statistical offense in football. The Falcons have a top-five offensive line, an elite receiving corps, decent tight end play, dynamic players in the backfield, and a Pro Bowl caliber signal caller.
Jones is the perfect example of how a wide receiver can be a game changer without regularly getting into the end zone. All this guy does is make ridiculous catches for a ton of receiving yards.
