Jim Mora renews 'Playoffs?!' speech passion in defense of the 0-3 Saints
Former New Orleans Saints and Indianapolis Colts head coach Jim Mora's passion for the game remains as spirited as ever, now 15 years removed from coaching and his famous "Playoffs!?" press conference rant.
The 81-year-old Mora now works as an analyst for NFL Total Access as well as for the New Orleans-based station WDSU where, on Tuesday, Mora took umbrage with notion that the Saints' season is over after they fell to 0-3 on Monday. Via WDSU's Fletcher Mackel, enjoy this delightful -- and positive -- dose of Mora:

"You just said the season is over," Mora exclaimed. "That is the most negative statement I hear from fans and media ever. It bugs me. Is the season over? No. Thirteen more games to play and you are saying the season is over! Unbelievable."
It's certainly not over, but the odds are not in the Saints' favor: since 1980, only five teams have made the playoffs after losing their first three games.
The Saints won't become the sixth unless their depleted, swiss cheese defense finds a way get stops. A pep talk from Mora couldn't hurt.
