Jets' Stevan Ridley, Dee Milliner full participants in practice

The New York Jets could get an important offensive player back on Sunday for a key divisional matchup against the New England Patriots.

Running back Stevan Ridley and cornerback Dee Milliner have both missed all of this season due to injuries, but Ridley is eligible to return this week. He and Milliner were full participants in practice Wednesday, and while Milliner can't return this week, Ridley could be on the field against his former team.

Ridley began the season on the PUP list as he's recovering from a torn ACL and MCL suffered last season. The Jets now have 21 days to activate him, otherwise he'll remain on the PUP list for the remainder of the season. Todd Bowles said there's "a chance" he could be activated in time for Sunday's game, though it's not certain he will be.

As for Milliner, the third-year corner began the season on short-term IR due to a wrist injury, sidelining him for two more games before he can be activated. He's struggled in his first two seasons and needs to make his way on the field sooner rather than later to prove he's worth keeping for the Jets.
