Jets RT Woody leaves with knee injury

New York Jets right tackle Damien Woody left the game Sunday against the Miami Dolphins with a knee injury and did not return.

Woody was replaced during the first quarter by Wayne Hunter.

Woody did not practice all week while he recovered from a sprained right medial collateral ligament, hurt against Houston on Nov. 21. He played in both games since, but was listed as questionable against the Dolphins.

Coach Rex Ryan said Friday that Woody hadn't suffered any setback, but added the injury ''might be a little worse'' than the previous two weeks.

The Jets also lost defensive tackle Trevor Pryce with a hip injury. He was listed as questionable to return.
