Jets rookie Leonard Williams dozed off during sleep therapy meeting

The New York Jets are preparing to make the trip to London to play the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, so catching up on sleep is very important. In fact, it's so important that the Jets brought in a sleep specialist to give the team tips on resting up before the long haul.

During the sleep therapy session, rookie defensive end Leonard Williams decided to start practicing his sleep cycle early -- really early. According to Darryl Slater of NJ.com, Williams admits he dozed off during the specialist's presentation to the team after the lights were dimmed.

Practice makes perfect, right? That's probably what Williams was thinking.

The Jets leave for London on Thursday night after practice, so there is some time for players to catch up on some Z's. Williams was just doing so a little bit early.
