Jerrell Freeman a no-show for Colts offseason program

The Colts are back at work, but so far, starting inside linebacker Jerrell Freeman hasn't joined them.

Freeman, who is a restricted free agent, has yet to sign his tender offer. According to Stephen Holder of the Indianapolis Star, Freeman's absence appears to be related to his desire for a new contract.

Freeman led the Colts in tackles in both 2012 and 2013.

The Colts tender is reportedly a one-year deal worth $2.35 million.
