Cutler started four seasons at Vanderbilt (2002-2005) and was a team captain for three of them. During that span, he completed 57.2 percent of his pass attempts and racked up 8,697 passing yards. After tossing 59 touchdowns and 36 interceptions, he became the 11th-overall pick in the 2006 NFL Draft.
Cutler has gone on to play 10 seasons in the NFL. The first three were with the Denver Broncos, then he was traded to the Bears. He has since become the franchise leader in every major passing category.
Also in Vanderbilt's 2015 Hall of Fame class is MLB pitcher David Price of the Boston Red Sox. They join golfer Brandt Snedeker as the only active professional athletes in the Commodores' exclusive club.
