Jaguars find success in the red zone against Tennessee

After entering Sunday ranked 30th in the NFL in touchdowns scored in the red zone, the Jacksonville Jaguars found nothing but success inside the 20-yard line, despite the 42-39 loss to the Tennessee Titans.

The Jaguars scored touchdowns on all six trips to red zone against the Titans, a big departure from the first 11 games of the season, in which the team was successful on just 15 of 36 chances.

“We’ll have to continue to stay after it,” Jacksonville quarterback Blake Bortles said, per the team's official website. “Early in the season we had some struggles in the red zone. We corrected it, then went back and slumped a little bit. We’ll stay on it.”

Jacksonville six red-zone touchdowns consisted of a one-yard run by running back T.J. Yeldon, three Bortles passes to wide receiver Allen Robinson, along with passes to receiver Rashad Greene and tight end Julius Thomas.
