J.J. and Arnold: The Bromance continues

The budding friendship between Arnold Schwarzenegger and J.J. Watt has moved to the next level. The two are now spending time in the weight room together. 

In an Instagram post, Schwarzenegger said he challenged the Houston Texans star to a post-dinner exhibition of strength, which the NFL's Defensive Player of the Year mastered with ease. 

The trip to the gym is the latest episode in the Summer of J.J and Arnold. The duo already spent time together at the CMT awards in Nashville and Schwarzenegger arranged a screening of the latest Terminator movie for the Texans.
