Is Andy Reid tempted to give up calling plays for the Chiefs?
Andy Reid's uber-conservative playcalling hasn't helped his team earn its second win.
So, unsurprisingly, the head coach is now facing questions about whether he's ready to relinquish that responsibility.
"Well, I think I spend a lot of time on it anyways," Reid told the team's official website. "That's part of my job. Listen, I look at everything. That's an honest question."
But it's a question Reid might never want to answer. His offensive background is what landed him the job in Kansas City to begin with; giving that up would mean he's essentially a figurehead.
It could get worse for Reid, though, if he doesn't shake things up. Maybe granting offensive coordinator Doug Pederson more power could cool his hot seat.
