Houston Texans: The "Buts" Have It

Before the Patriots game I posted a number of “Buts” that stood in the way of the Texans being a championship caliber team. Now the Texans are embarrassed by a 27-0 loss to the Patriots and their third string rookie quarterback. Let’s look at how many of the “Buts” the Texans cleaned-up and how many bit them once again.

          More unaddressed “buts” –

                  There you have it. After the first two games there were nine “buts” requiring attention if the Texans were to become a championship caliber team. None were addressed in the Patriots game, “but” several more reared their ugly heads.

                  The season is young and 2-1 is not the end of the world, “BUT”…
