Glazer: Bengals optimistic Dalton can return for postseason
The Cincinnati Bengals are optimistic quarterback Andy Dalton will be available for the postseason.
FOX NFL Sunday's Jay Glazer spoke with Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis on Saturday night and said that Dalton is making progress.
Dalton had his initial cast removed for a smaller one, so he can have more mobility with the thumb, according to Glazer.
Dalton was having a very productive season before sustaining the injury last Sunday in loss to the Steelers. Dalton has thrown for 3,250 yards, 25 touchdowns and seven interceptions this season.
