Gerald McCoy thinks an investigation is coming to the 49ers

Gerald McCoy likely isn't the only professional athlete who's a bit confused about what's going on in San Francisco this offseason. He is one of the few who have opened up about something on social media to this point, with the following tweet first reported by Larry Brown Sports.

As Larry Brown explains, "McCoy’s tweet comes on the heels of 49ers offensive lineman Anthony Davis announcing Friday that he will take a year or two away from the game before considering returning to the league. Davis wants to give his brain and body a chance to heal after the beating he’s been taking."

It's all been a very strange run of occurrences in San Francisco, but only time will tell if something fishy really is going on.
