Gerald McCoy didn't become one of the best in the business by taking long vacations apparently. As the Tampa Bay Buccaneers await the start of the upcoming training camp, McCoy posted a recent video to his Instagram to show us one of his offseason workouts.

Have to love the dedication from the defensive lineman.
