Free agent safety Sergio Brown makes 'Ninja Warrior' workout look easy

Six-year NFL veteran Sergio Brown was released by the Jacksonville Jaguars after a single year in Florida, but the free agent safety is hard at work preparing for the upcoming season. Brown is staying in shape with the help of a 12x6 pegboard, which takes a full minute to traverse.

Just last month, Brown received his MBA from the University of Miami.
