Former NFL WR Andre Johnson spends $19k on toys for underprivileged children

Longtime Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson, who retired in October after 14 seasons, continued his tradition of taking kids in need on a holiday shopping spree Wednesday. 12 children selected by Child Protective Services were brought to a Toys R Us in Houston and given 80 seconds to choose as gifts things as they wanted. Each child had a Houston Texans cheerleader as their partner to help grab things.

The final total (on a hilariously long receipt) came to $19,144.58.
