Ex-Ravens RB Justin Forsett tweets hilarious work-wanted ad after his release

The Baltimore Ravens cut ties with veteran running back Justin Forsett on Tuesday, the second time they’ve done so in the past month. This time, it was a mutual decision between the two sides as the marriage simply wasn’t working out for neither Forsett nor the Ravens.

Now, he’s on the open market looking for another team to give him a shot. With the number of injuries across the NFL right now -- from Arian Foster to Ameer Abdullah to Jeremy Langford -- he shouldn’t have to wait long. But just in case teams didn’t realize his services are available for hire, he took to Twitter to let everyone know.

Forsett is an active guy on Twitter, particularly when it comes to his career. When it was reported that he re-signed with the Ravens, he debunked the rumors, ensuring that a new deal hadn’t been reached yet.

On the field, Forsett was a productive back, albeit for just over one season. In 2014, he rushed for a career-high 1,266 yards and eight touchdowns for the Ravens. The following year, he suffered a broken arm and was limited to just 10 games. At 30 years old, Forsett isn’t the oldest back, but he’s certainly past his prime.

Even if that’s true, he believes he has several years of good football left in him, and that very well could be the case. He’ll just have to see if anyone bites on his job posting.
