Ex-Cowboy Glenn faces multiple charges

Troubled former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terry Glenn was facing more problems with the law Sunday after being arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated as well as possession of cannabis.

As reported by local news channel WFAA, the 36-year-old resident of Westlake, Texas, was held Thursday but later released on bond.

The drug offense marked his third such arrest in the past two years. It was his fourth arrest in the Dallas area.

His most notable indiscretion, however, came in 2006 while a member of the Cowboys, when Glenn was cited but not arrested for public intoxication after he was caught urinating behind a fast-food restaurant by an off-duty police officer.

Glenn's football career ended in 2008, when the Cowboys released him prior to the season after he was unable to recover from a knee injury.

During his career, he compiled 593 receptions for 8,823 yards and 44 touchdowns.
