Eagles' Ryan Mathews ruled out of Week 10 with concussion

Philadelphia Eagles running back Ryan Mathews was forced from the Eagles' Week 10 game against the Miami Dolphins with a concussion and he will not return.

Before leaving the game, Mathews totaled 40 yards and a touchdown on 10 combined rushing attempts and receptions. Darren Sproles will help spell starter DeMarco Murray in Mathews' absence.
