Dolphins HC Dan Campbell on debut Sunday: 'I want to throw up'

Dan Campbell is the interim head coach of the Miami Dolphins, and he's one tough guy. Not only did he play tight end in the NFL for 11 years, but he's also had appendix burst on a flight -- and he didn't tell a soul.

He'll make his head coaching debut on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans, and it has him shaking in the knees. Campbell was asked his feelings for Sunday, and his response wasn't what some would expect.

"I want to throw up a little bit," Campbell said via Jim Wyatt of Titans Online.

Just like any other job, the first day is nerve-wracking. Coaching your first NFL game is no different, regardless of how tough Campbell is. Fortunately, Campbell will have someone at his side helping him through Sunday's game and the rest of the season in assistant head coach Darren Rizzi.

The Dolphins are in need of a quick turnaround, and it will have to start in Week 6. They're currently 1-3 and have looked lifeless lately, but Campbell hopes to change that narrative.
