Dez Bryant Throws Touchdown Pass to Jason Witten (Video)
Dez Bryant caught a fantastic touchdown early for the Dallas Cowboys, but pulled out a big trick when he threw for one to Jason Witten.
At the end of the first half on Monday Night Football against the Detroit Lions in Week 16, Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant came up with a big play. With his team down by a score, he caught a fantastic touchdown pass to tie things up. However, arguably one of the 10 best catches of the year was nothing compared to the trick he pulled out in the third quarter, with the help of his assistant, tight end Jason Witten.
With the Cowboys up 28-21, Bryant came off of the right side after being split out wide and went on the end around. Dak Prescott hit his No. 1 wide receiver with the pitch and Bryant went out wide left. However, that was just to get the defense to bite.
Many may have forgotten that Bryant is left-handed, but he reminded the Lions defense of that fact in resounding fashion. Dez pulled up on the edge and the southpaw wideout lofted a gorgeous throw into the back of the end zone for tight end Jason Witten. Touchdown, Cowboys:

There was talk all week around the Cowboys about the possibility of resting starters in the final two weeks. And with big injuries earlier in Week 16 to Derek Carr and Marcus Mariota, talk heated up further.
But when you see a team clicking like this Dallas team is, it’s hard to say it’s right to risk their chemistry. They are all in-sync with one another and look like viable Super Bowl contenders. Therefore, it’s exceptionally hard to call them off the field for the sake of not risking injury.
