DeAndre Hopkins and Adrian Peterson the latest NFL stars to receive Yeezy cleats

Deandre Hopkins probably didn't need any additional reasons to look forward to the Texans' season-opener on Sunday, but he got one anyway. The Houston wideout's first official reception on the year is a pair of specially-made cleats courtesy of Kanye West and adidas.

The cleats closely resemble the rapper's Yeezy Boost 350s, and they're pretty damn sharp.

Hopkins joins Von Miller as the second player to get he feet blessed by Yeezus this week, as the rapper sent the Broncos linebacker his own hi-top Yeezy Boosts before Thursday's Super Bowl rematch. The linebacker didn't wear them during game action but he did give them a spin during warmups.

Hopkins and Miller are two of the NFL's most fashion-forward superstars -- Miller recently claimed to own over 800 pairs of shoes -- so we can probably assume this is a pretty big deal for them. For the rest of us, we now just have to come to terms with the fact that we'll probably never be able to have our own Yeezy cleats.

Update: It looks like Adrian Peterson has gotten a pair as well.
