Darrelle Revis (concussion) 'more than likely' won't play vs. Giants

It's looking more and more like Odell Beckham Jr. won't have to make the trip to Revis Island on Sunday. Darrelle Revis has been sidelined from practice for the past two weeks due to a concussion suffered in Week 11, and it doesn't sound like he'll be on the field against the New York Giants.

Revis missed practice again on Thursday and is still in concussion protocol, putting his status in doubt for this weekend's game.

Todd Bowles said on Wednesday that he's "not sure" if Revis will be able to play, but his optimism sunk even further on Thursday.

"I don't think so," Bowles said. "He didn't do anything today, so it's more than likely he won't play."

Revis also hasn't attended team meetings since suffering the concussion, another indicator that he won't play this week.

If he's unable to go, Antonio Cromartie could be tasked with covering Beckham, seeing as Marcus Williams is also injured. Williams was spotted at practice with his helmet but it's unclear if he participated.

Cromartie has struggled this season, while Beckham has done just the opposite. He could be in for a big game against the Jets this week.
