Colts' Thornton suffers knee injury in practice
A knee injury suffered during Wednesday's practice will keep Indianapolis Colts reserve guard Hugh Thornton on the sideline for at least the near future.
Per ESPN, Colts head coach Chuck Pagano said Thornton is "week-to-week" with the injury.
Thornton, the Colts' third-round pick in 2013, started 20 games over the past two seasons, but last his starting job to veteran Lance Louis over the offseason.
With Thornton out, David Arkin and Joe Reitz are the team's backups at guard. Another veteran lineman, Donald Thomas, is still on the physically unable to perform list.
