Chargers CB Casey Hayward makes first Pro Bowl
The San Diego Chargers signed cornerback Casey Hayward in the offseason, and it has arguably been their best move.
The former Packer has had one heck of a year. Through 15 weeks, Hayward leads the league in interceptions with seven. Hayward became the team’s No. 1 corner when Jason Verrett went down with a knee injury, and now he has been selected to his first Pro Bowl.

Not only did Hayward leave Green Bay to join the Chargers, but general Tom Telesco got him on a good deal (three-year, $15.3 million contract). To say he’s panned out is an understatement.
