Carson Wentz reportedly leaves very generous tip after picking up a huge tab

Carson Wentz has been turning heads on the field with his impressive play, helping the Philadelphia Eagles to a 3-1 start. But it’s not just what he’s doing between the white lines that’s drawing headlines.

According to CSN Philly, Wentz decided to head to his home state of North Dakota during the Eagles’ bye week and went to a local bar and grill with a huge group. Wentz watched his North Dakota State Bison beat Illinois State during the low-key affair.

When the dust settled, Wentz’s party had run up a $1,000 tab, which the Eagles rookie picked up and then added a $500 tip to it.

"As I was waiting on him, I had to look up. He is so tall,” Rachel, a server at the restaurant, told the outlet. "He was very humble, especially as a guest. He didn’t treat anyone like they were below him or anything.”

Glad to see Wentz hasn’t gotten caught up in the hype.
