Cardinals TE Fells to have MRI exam Monday on injured shoulder

Arizona Cardinals tight end Darren Fells was forced out of Sunday's game at the Pittsburgh Steelers with a shoulder injury.

Fells, who entered the contest with nine receptions and a pair of touchdowns, had his left arm in a sling after the game and is scheduled to undergo an MRI exam on Monday.

“We don’t the severity of it,” said Cardinals coach Bruce Arians, who listed Fells as the only injury of note.

In his second year with Arizona, the 6-foot-7, 281-pound Fells had his best game in the season opener versus New Orleans, hauling in four catches for 82 yards and a touchdown.
