Cardinals QB Carson Palmer being evaluated for concussion
Carson Palmer was sacked by Aaron Donald and Eugene Sims late in the fourth quarter of the Cardinals' 17-13 loss to the Rams on Sunday. His head slammed into the turf on the play, and he was immediately evaluated by medical personnel before heading to the locker room.
Palmer did not return, and backup Drew Stanton came in and threw two interceptions on consecutive drives which helped to seal Arizona's fate.
Palmer completed 23-of-36 passes for 288 yards, one touchdown and one interception. He was sacked three times as the Cardinals fell to a disappointing 1-3 on the season.
