Cam Newton to likely wear 'MVP' gold cleats in Super Bowl 50 pregame
Cam Newton will make his first public appearance since being named MVP in the warm-ups for Super Bowl 50.
And the Carolina Panthers quarterback will likely wear limited edition Under Armour gold cleats, which were inspired by his MVP season. The gold is a nod to the 50th anniversary of the Super Bowl.

Of course, Newton will change into something more traditional right before kickoff to meet NFL standards.
Last year, Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch said he wanted to wear gold cleats during Super Bowl XLIX, but the NFL threated to eject him if he wore them during the game.
Newton also teamed up with Young Jeezy to record a custom track entitled "Hit Um" to celebrate the historic moment.
