Bruce Arians would 'love' to have Jen Welter back coaching Cardinals

Jen Welter clearly made a great first impression on Bruce Arians and the Cardinals. 

Arians didn't hesitate when asked whether he would take back Welter on staff.

"I'd love to have her back," he told SiriusXM NFL Radio. 

Welter became the NFL's first female coach when the Cardinals hired her as an intern in the preseason to coach the inside linebackers.

She has yet to be hired by an NFL team, but it appears the future is bright for Welter based on Arians' glowing praise.
