Browns owner says Johnny Manziel won't respond to team

Just last week, Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam said he believed Johnny Manziel could find his way back in Cleveland. Now Manziel reportedly isn't even returning the team's phone calls.

Haslam told reporters Friday that the team has reached out to Manziel on several occasions since reports of last weekend's domestic incident involving his ex-girlfriend, but has yet to receive a response, per NFL.com

Manziel's father, Paul, spoke out Friday, saying that the family is extremely worried about his son's well-being and that he may not make it to his 24th birthday without the help he needs. Paul revealed that Johnny has refused the family's urges twice this week to return to rehab.

Haslam appeared "frustrated, emotional" when discussing Manziel, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, but still maintained that the organization would do whatever it could to help him conquer his issues.
