The 29-year-old tackle is due to make $9.5 million next season and $10 million in 2017. Clady tore his left ACL last May and missed the entire 2015 season.
Clady has spent his first eight years in the league with the Broncos and has been named to the Pro Bowl team four times. He signed a five-year, $52.5 million deal in 2013, the largest ever for a Broncos offensive lineman.
