Bills defense depleted by injuries to Carrington, Bradham

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) Add lineman Alex Carrington and linebacker Nigel Bradham to the Buffalo Bills defense's growing list of injured players.

Coach Rex Ryan announced on Monday that Carrington is expected to miss the rest of the season because of a left quadriceps injury. Bradham has a sprained right ankle, which will likely prevent him from playing against Houston on Sunday.

They were hurt in a 30-22 loss at Kansas City.

Carrington was starting in place of Kyle Williams (left knee) and Mario Williams (foot). Kyle Williams is expected to be placed on season-ending injured reserve. As for Mario Williams, Ryan said it's too early to determine whether the team's top pass-rushing threat can play against Houston.

Backup running back Karlos Williams' status is uncertain after he hurt his left shoulder, Ryan said.
