Beckham punches cooler after INT, saves big blows for Bucs

Odell Beckham Jr. is known for having some sweet hands, but he put them in jeopardy on Sunday.

The Giants second-year stud took out some frustration on the sideline in the third quarter after the host Buccaneers intercepted New York quarterback Eli Manning for the second time … both time on balls intended for Beckham.

At first look at the clip above (which can also be seen here), it seems like a silly move for a guy who makes his living with his hands.

But we must give credit where credit is due.

The reigning Offensive Rookie of the Year did only hit the cooler once, which may have been his and the Giants’ saving grace. Showing no signs of injury from the bout, Beckham stayed in the game and caught a key 9-yard pass from Manning to extend a drive, eat up more clock, and help the Giants extend their lead with a field goal.

And despite the missed opportunities, Beckham still led the Giants with nine catches and 105 yards in New York’s 32-18 win -- a win which allowed the Giants to remain in first place in the NFC East.
