Bears LB McPhee fires back at Aaron Rodgers after Week 1 comment

It took more than two months, but Chicago Bears linebacker Pernell McPhee finally got the last laugh.

McPhee did not forget about Aaron Rodgers' comment about how "fun" it is to beat the Bears after a Green Bay Packers victory at Soldier Field in Week 1. He took it as a personal slight and used it as motivation on Thanksgiving, when the Bears topped the Packers, 17-13, in a rematch at Lambeau Field.

The 275-pound pass-rusher blasted Rodgers on Monday, via ESPN's Jeff Dickerson:

Rodgers completed just 51 percent of his pass attempts, as the Bears limited him to an abysmal average of 4.7 yards per attempt in Week 12. Cornerback Tracy Porter intercepted the All-Pro passer, linebackers Lamarr Houston and Willie Young each sacked him once. McPhee finished the game with six tackles.

The Bears are 5-6 and still two games behind the Packers. However, the power structure in the NFC North seems to be shifting. Chicago may not be such a "fun" team for Rodgers play, so long as McPhee's on the roster.
