Atlanta might be the Raiders' perfect trade-down partner

Reggie McKenzie is fielding calls about the No. 4 overall pick.

The Raiders general manager would have to listen if the Falcons, owners of the No. 8 overall pick, call about a trade up. Atlanta is reportedly interested in such a move.

The Dirty Birds have been no stranger to big draft-day moves of late -- most notably, their 20-spot maneuver in 2011 to land Julio Jones.

It'd be a sage move for McKenzie, too. Oakland would retreat only four spots, pick up an extra selection or two, and perhaps they'd still be able to land one of the top players on their board.
