2026 Super Bowl Odds: Rams Have Company At Top After Loss To Bills
Ever since Myles Garrett was traded to the Rams in early June, L.A. has been the sole favorite to win the Super Bowl.
But after Monday night’s heartbreaking loss to Buffalo, the Rams dropped to 2-3 and now have some company atop the oddsboard from a division rival.
Let’s take a look at the latest Super Bowl odds after Week 5 at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Oct. 13.

Here's what to know about the Super Bowl LXI oddsboard:
The Favorites: The Rams have had a roller-coaster start, from a Week 1 blowout loss in Australia and Myles Garrett’s knee surgery, to a 10-point comeback win over the Eagles in Week 4. Monday night brought another painful turn, as L.A. fell 37-34 to Buffalo in overtime despite Puka Nacua’s career-high 17 catches, one shy of the franchise record. Harrison Mevis missed two field goals, including a potential game-winner. Now at 2-3, the Rams have slipped to +700 and share the top spot with a division foe. Meanwhile, the 49ers have reached 5-0 for the third time under Kyle Shanahan. In the previous two instances, in 2019 and 2023, San Francisco went on to reach the Super Bowl. With Brock Purdy playing at an MVP level, the 49ers have already beaten the Broncos, Seahawks and Rams, becoming the first team since the 1981 Broncos to record three wins in their first five games against teams that reached a conference championship game the previous season.
Buffalo Rises: The Bills opened 3-0 before a loss to the Patriots tightened the AFC East race. But Buffalo bounced back Monday night with a thrilling 37-34 road win over the Rams, improving to 4-1 and shortening its Super Bowl odds from +850 to +800. Josh Allen earned his first career overtime victory, moving to 1-7 in overtime games. After that primetime thriller, could these two teams meet again at SoFi Stadium in February?
Packers and Patriots: Green Bay’s Super Bowl odds shortened from +6500 to +4500 after blowing out Chicago for its 110th win over the Bears, including the playoffs, extending the NFL record for most wins against a single opponent. The Packers have now won 13 straight season-opening matchups with Chicago and 10 of the last 11 meetings at Lambeau Field. Jordan Love continued to roll, with Matthew Golden and Christian Watson each topping 100 receiving yards. Love has thrown at least two touchdown passes in all five games this season, the first Packers quarterback to do so since Aaron Rodgers in 2011. New England’s odds shortened from +2500 to +2000 after a blowout win over Las Vegas, and Drake Maye’s turnaround has fueled the surge. After recording just one touchdown and seven giveaways in Weeks 1-3, Maye has seven touchdowns, the most in the NFL, and only two giveaways over Weeks 4-5.
Biggest Fallers: The Chargers and Eagles have taken some of the biggest hits on the Super Bowl oddsboard through five weeks. The Chargers are 0-5 for the first time since 2017 and have lost eight straight games dating back to last season. Through five games this season, Justin Herbert has posted a 38.2 fourth quarter passer rating. For context, if he spiked the ball into the ground on every single fourth quarter play, his passer rating would be higher at 39.6. Their Super Bowl odds have fallen from +1600 before the season to +20000. Philadelphia has also taken a tumble. After a 2-0 start, the Eagles lost 27-7 to the Case Keenum-led Bears, blew a 10-point fourth-quarter lead against the Rams last week and then lost in London to the Jaguars in a game they led with under 10 seconds remaining. Their Super Bowl odds have dropped from +1500 to +4000.
