2025 NFL Division Winner Odds: Crucial Week 16 Games Set to Impact Races
In the NFL, winning your division is often a sign that you can win the Super Bowl.
Consider this: Of the last 14 Super Bowl champions, only one did not win its division in the regular season — Tom Brady's Tampa Bay Buccaneers back in 2020.
In other words, teams should start with their division and go from there.

NFC EAST
Eagles: -20000 (bet $10 to win $10.05 total)
Cowboys: +5000 (bet $10 to win $510 total)
What to know: The Eagles (9-5) seem to have this division wrapped up, after the Cowboys (6-7-1) fell at home to the Vikings in Week 15. For the first time since 2003 and 2004, the NFC East will have a back-to-back winner.
NFC WEST
Rams: -160 (bet $10 to win $16.25 total)
Seahawks: +200 (bet $10 to win $30 total)
49ers: +700 (bet $10 to win $80 total)
What to know: The Rams and Seahawks both boast 11-3 records, and San Francisco (10-4) is just one game back. Thursday night, Seattle hosts L.A. in a game that could determine the winner of the division and potentially, the top seed in the NFC playoff field.
NFC NORTH
Packers: +100 (bet $10 to win $20 total)
Bears: +105 (bet $10 to win $20.50 total)
Lions: +1100 (bet $10 to win $120 total)
What to know: The Bears (10-4) are atop the division after the Packers (9-4-1) fell to the Broncos in Week 15. Green Bay and Chicago faced off in Week 14 in Green Bay, with the Pack claiming a 28-21 win. They will now share the field again in Week 16, this time in Chi-town, in a contest that could decide the division.
NFC SOUTH
Buccaneers: -370 (bet $10 to win $12.70 total)
Panthers: +290 (bet $10 to win $39 total)
What to know: The Bucs started the season 5-1, but are now tied with the Panthers at 7-7. The two teams will face off this week in Carolina, and then again in Week 18 in Tampa Bay.
AFC EAST
Patriots: -250 (bet $10 to win $14 total)
Bills: +200 (bet $10 to win $30 total)
What to know: These two teams split the season series after Buffalo (10-4) pulled off a 35-31 comeback win in New England (11-3) in Week 15, after trailing 24-7 at halftime. Now, the Bills are just a game behind the Pats with three games to go.
AFC WEST
Broncos: -900 (bet $10 to win $11.11 total)
Chargers: +600 (bet $10 to win $70 total)
What to know: The Chiefs had won the AFC West nine straight times, but this is the year that streak ends, with K.C. out of playoff contention. Denver is 12-2 and the Chargers are 10-4, meaning L.A. isn't out of it but will need Denver's momentum to slow, as they have won 11 straight.
AFC NORTH
Steelers: -125 (bet $10 to win $18 total)
Ravens: +105 (bet $10 to win $20.50 total)
What to know: Pittsburgh (8-6) is back atop the division standings, and the Ravens (7-7) have three games remaining against New England, at Green Bay and at Pittsburgh. Yikes.
AFC SOUTH
Jaguars: -145 (bet $10 to win $16.90 total)
Texans: +125 (bet $10 to win $20.50 total)
Colts: +4000 (bet $10 to win $410 total)
What to know: This division appeared to be the Colts' (8-6) to lose, but they have suddenly lost five of six, falling to third in the division. Wild. It will come down to Jacksonville (10-4) and Houston (9-5), with the two already splitting the season series.
